Returns/ Exchanges

RETURNS 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.  
All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service department. Email to cs@designelementusa.com.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA issued by Design Element Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price.  Delivery fees are non-refundable. Design Element reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. 

TRUCK DELIVERY RETURNS 

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A LARGE ITEM (TUB, VANITY, ETC.) THAT WAS DELIVERED BY TRUCK, CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE cs@designelementusa.com. 
Please note that there is a fee o per pallet for truck delivery returns. 

YOUR REFUND  

Allow 7-10 days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center. Within 48 hours, your return will be processed back into our inventory. Your financial institution will credit your card in 2-10 business days later. Once your return has been received, you’ll get an email confirmation that your return has been processed. 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT 

If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, upon receipt please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you.
